The average delivery time for orders placed on Glam & Souls is 6-7 working days in India. The shipping information supplied to users once the item is delivered allows them to follow the progress of their orders. The customer is informed via SMS if there is an undesirable and uncommon transportation delay.

All deliveries will be made to the address indicated on your Glam & Souls profile unless differently specified at the time order is placed. When placing an order, if a different address is provided, it will be used to fulfill the order rather than the registered address.

If any changes are necessary after placing the order, kindly get in touch with us within three hours. 

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

After items are shipped or dispatched, our team will give customers access to tracking information via the email address and phone number supplied at the time of order placement, allowing them to track the status of their shipments.

Any delivery delay brought on by problems with the courier service will not be the responsibility of Glam & Souls. Only a three-working-day guarantee from the date of order placing and payment will allow us to deliver the goods to the courier service.
