The “Return Request” form can be filled out and submitted in the cases specified above within two days of order delivery. Please get in touch with us right away if you notice that the box or carton is not what it should be when it is delivered.

By contacting us via the “Contact Us” page, a “Exchange Request” can be submitted. Your exchange request will be processed in accordance with our standard operating procedure once we receive it, and only legitimate claims will be honored with a refund or replacement.

There is no exchange for products that have been used or changed. Please be aware that all returned merchandise must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in tag-free condition.

If a product is incorrect or the one that is delivered does not match the description on, you can get in touch with us directly or request an exchange.

Refund Request 

You can also submit a “Refund Request” on our website in the refund section. In order to avoid any problems with returning the item, we urge you to check the items are boxed and sealed properly and that there is no physical damage to the carton or packing at the time of delivery. Requests for replacements can only be made for items that are still in stock. If the item is out of stock when the request is made, a refund of the “already paid” amount could be requested.


It is only possible to submit a “Return Request” if the item(s) you received is flawed, damaged, or doesn’t match the listing. When your order is delivered, kindly review everything and let us know right away if anything is incorrect, damaged, or defective. In order for us to thoroughly evaluate the problem and make things right, please provide a picture of the actual item you received with your email.

Cancellation Policy

Before we ship the product, you can cancel an order whenever you like. In this case, a full refund will be provided. You can still get in touch with us to determine if cancellation is possible, regardless of whether the order has already been shipped or is in transit. In this instance, the cancellation might not be assured.

When a request to cancel a purchase is approved, it will take 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed. We’ll let you know when the refund process starts.

After we start the return, the bank may take up to 7 to 10 business days to process the refund. After receiving confirmation from Galm & Souls, if there is a delay in your reimbursement, kindly contact your bank.
