Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 working days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges within 15 working days of complaint registration. Local Replacement charges will be GBP £5 if customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect item ordered by customer’s hand.
